Van Insurance - New Punto Van to debut in Birmingham

The new Fiat Professional Punto Van is set to make its UK debut at the upcoming Commercial Vehicle (CV) Show.

Offering a range of variants for prospective buyers, the Punto Van offers three power levels for its 1.3-litre MultiJet II diesel engine - 75hp, 85hp and 95hp.

Furthermore, the model includes a range of high-tech equipment as standard, including Fiat's electronic stability programme, brake assistance system, a trip computer, electric power steering and heated body-coloured mirrors.

As a result, it is set to be one of the standout light commercial vehicle offerings of the show.

Meanwhile, a host of top marques are set to showcase their latest offerings at this year's CV Show, with Citroen also taking up the gauntlet to wow the crowds in 2012. It will be showcasing its new Dispatch and Berlingo models for 2012.

Scott Michael, Citroen's commercial vehicle operations manager, commented: "These improvements will put the Berlingo and Dispatch models even further ahead of their competitors."
