Honda's support for campaign may impress bike insurance shoppers

Anyone seeking the best motorcycle insurance deal this year might already be aware that Honda is getting behind the largest ever biking open day held in the UK.

The Get On campaign will take place on June 19th and is set to showcase a number of two-wheelers in a bid to raise the profile of riding.

Those in attendance can enter a prize draw to win a GPRX7 Leon Haslam limited edition helmet - among other rewards - if they bring along a friend to the festivities.

In addition, the spectacle will give guests the chance to take part in a one hour taster riding session, which may appeal to bike fans throughout the land.

Steve Martindale, general manager of the manufacturer's UK operations, said: "It's great that motorcycle manufacturers and dealers across the whole country are joining together to promote our fantastic industry - as well as the huge and varied benefits of biking."

Elsewhere, the new Honda VT750S is available from £5,845 on the road and is designed in a classical style.
