There are 25 editions of the motor available, which means that buyers who get their orders in fast can secure the bike on January 23rd.

The exclusive two-wheeler has a retail price of £10,099 and is available on a first-come first-serve basis.

David Taylor, sales and marketing director at the company's Great Britain operations, explained: "With such an exclusive model, a web reservation process was the only fair way for interested customers to get a chance of securing this bike."

The manufacturer recently put a GSX-R1000 up for auction, having donated the motor to BEN - the Motor and Allied Trades Benevolent Fund.

Grand prix hero Kevin Schwantz had previously had the model specially built for him.
